What you need to know before you attend Coldplay at Optus Stadium, on Sat 18 & Sun 19 November.

TIPS

  • Arrive early
  • Download your ticket and have it ready to scan, and phone brightness up.
  • Enter via the Gate shown on your ticket for best access to your seat.
  • Your event ticket is your travel ticket - Public Transport is included with your ticket for 3 hours before and after the event.

 

WATER BOTTLES

  • Reusable water bottles are permitted entry through Gates A, B1, C, D1 & E.
  • Drink bottles of any kind are not permitted entry via Gates B2, D2 or D3 (Arena Floor General Admission), and all beverages must be decanted into paper cups
  • All drink bottles are not permitted on the Arena Floor.

 

MERCHANDISE LOCATIONS

External

  • Southern Oval Merch will open at 12pm
  • Convergence Lawn and Gate 1 Merch will open at 3pm

Internal

  • Numbat Lawn
  • Western Podium
  • 101
  • 107

All will open at 5pm once gates open, and close at 8:30pm when Coldplay begins, except Western Podium which stay open until 11:00pm.

WHAT YOU CAN'T BRING

  • Drink bottles of any kind are not permitted entry via Gates B2, D2 or D3 (Arena Floor General Admission)
  • Spike/studded belts or bracelets
  • Motorcycle/bike crash helmets
  • Political banners & signage
  • Signage or banners that are larger than A3 or attached to poles are not permitted entry into the venue.
  • Audio recording equipment
  • Cameras and other audio-visual recording devices for commercial purposes, including tripods or selfie sticks
  • Balloons or other inflatable items
  • Other times as determined by the Stadium that may cause damage, injury or public nuisance to the artists and/or patrons.

SENSORY INCLUSIONS

KultureCity Sensory Space is located at Aisle 149. Sensory bags, equipped with items designed to lessen sensory overload, will be available to attendees to provide a less overwhelming concert experience*.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS: ARENA FLOOR

Patrons entering the arena floor must decant beverages into paper cups. Decant stations and checkpoints will be set up at the top and bottom of the staircase. Please speak to a staff member at the checkpoints if you have any questions.

Drink bottles of any kind are not permitted on the Arena Floor.

 

PIXMOB WRISTBANDS

Please remember to remove and return before your PixMob Wristbands before leaving the venue. Look out for a PixMob staff member near the gates to assist you.
