The AFL are inviting families across the country to celebrate Kids Footy Month thanks to Coles. Kids ages 14 years and under will have free entry* across games between Rounds 16 to 19 plus heaps of exciting activities for families and kids.

THURSDAY NIGHT FOOTY

Transport changes:The Suburban Event Bus Network and direct trains on the Yanchep and Mandurah lines will not be operating before the game due to the weekday peak-hour clash. Use the Transperth Journey Planner to plan your journey.

Traffic is expected to be heavy around the stadium precinct, so plan ahead and allow extra time to arrive early.

Know Before You Go

Make sure to plan ahead before you arrive at the stadium.

During the Perth Park construction period from March 2026, the park will be temporarily closed to the public.

To travel between the Stadium and Crown, please use the Camfield Drive pathway, Victoria Park Drive pathway or riverside path.

There is no parking available at Optus Stadium on major event days. Optus Stadium has limited ACROD parking bays available for major events. Registrations for ACROD parking are managed by registering online and are issued by email. Registrations will open closer to the event date.

ACROD Registration

The primary taxi rank is located off Victoria Park Drive. The taxi rank is adjacent to the Eastern Train Station accessible via the underpass.

In addition, an eight-stand pick up and drop off facility is located on Sailani Avenue in East Perth for taxi and other on-demand transport services to use e.g. Uber or Ola. Passengers of these services will be able to access the stadium via a short walk across the Matagarup Bridge. Pick up and drop off for private vehicles is not permitted.
